I was there and it is one of the worst gigs I have ever been to..Even worse than David Bowie on The Glass Spider Tour..As I remember it they came on late, had a load of tech issues and played a for about 45 minutes and seemed bored and aloof..A friend who is a New Order fanatic has a bootleg which apparently backs up my memories..
The “Sober Dress Please” note at the bottom made me laugh too..The bouncers tried to make me take my hat off as I entered like there was some sort of millenary Fatwa going on at the time…
